This is a full-time, in-house career immersion program, not a short-term or part-time course. Students attend structured sessions, labs, office simulations, and project work on a daily basis, similar to a professional work environment.

The program is ideal for final-year students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals who are serious about building a long-term career in marketing, AI, analytics, and execution. Applicants must be willing to commit full-time and relocate to Mysore.

Eligible students who successfully complete the program and meet performance standards will be supported with a minimum of 10 interview opportunities through ETMark’s hiring network. Placement depends on student readiness, performance, and interview outcomes.

No prior experience is required. The curriculum is designed to take students from fundamentals to advanced execution. What matters more is learning intent, consistency, and discipline, which are assessed during the entrance process.
