It covers personal information collected online and information that begins through the website but is later continued through phone, email, WhatsApp, in-person counselling, events or programme delivery.

Where a payment is made through a third-party payment provider, the provider may process payment-card, bank or transaction details. ETMark Academy may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, amount, reference number and date, but does not need to store complete card credentials.
